Title: A PAX ON A BRITISH JETSTREAM 32 OBSERVED THE CAPT NOT WEARING A SEAT BELT DURING THE ENTIRE FLT DUE TO HIS PHYSICAL SIZE. HIS COCKPIT SEAT WAS TOO SMALL TO ACCOMMODATE HIM EASILY, NOR DID THE SEAT BELT FIT AROUND HIS LAP.
