Narrative:
Sightseeing flight up hudson by nyc, was at 600 ft flying by statue of liberty. Had to deviate to avoid conflict with helicopter traffic and went to 300 ft AGL by statue and boats.

Narrative: SIGHTSEEING FLT UP HUDSON BY NYC, WAS AT 600 FT FLYING BY STATUE OF LIBERTY. HAD TO DEVIATE TO AVOID CONFLICT WITH HELI TFC AND WENT TO 300 FT AGL BY STATUE AND BOATS.
