Narrative:
As a ground controller I crossed an aircraft on an active runway without verbal coordination being accomplished. No loss of separation occurred at any time. I believed a gesture by the local control meant to cross. The correct procedure states there must be verbal coordination. Following procedures would correct any further deviations.

Narrative: AS A GND CTLR I CROSSED AN ACFT ON AN ACTIVE RWY WITHOUT VERBAL COORD BEING ACCOMPLISHED. NO LOSS OF SEPARATION OCCURRED AT ANY TIME. I BELIEVED A GESTURE BY THE LCL CTL MEANT TO CROSS. THE CORRECT PROC STATES THERE MUST BE VERBAL COORD. FOLLOWING PROCS WOULD CORRECT ANY FURTHER DEVS.
