Narrative:

For the month of june the sdz (sandhills) VOR radials 180 through 264 have been notamed OTS. This has caused the unnecessary reroute of IFR aircraft. The radials were notamed out by flight check at the beginning or middle of june. We continued to operate like we have for yrs. Then on jun/sat/96 the mgrs of florence and fayetteville approach control devised procedures to fit the unusable radials. This included rerouting planes away from their filed rtes. This is not needed because everything has worked fine for 2 weeks, but cya has taken over so procedures need to change.
