Narrative:

I was captain on flight abc las-san for xx airlines on jun/xx/96. When switching over to san lindbergh tower, he said 'xx flight abc you are clear to land runway 27, caution for DC9 on taxiway B5. I landed without incident. The DC9 was well clear of runway boundary (white edge lines). The DC9 was not clear of runway hold position marking. I felt 'safe' landing but some aircraft would not takeoff with aircraft on taxiway.
