Narrative:

Leaking ceiling in tower cabin attendant. Hazardous condition, high voltage in area of water leak. Very big distraction for controller working heavy traffic. Could cause injury and or death to anyone in the area. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter said the leak had been repaired. Reporter stated they also had a leak last year.

Title: RPTR STATED TWR CEILING HAS A WATER LEAK.

Narrative: LEAKING CEILING IN TWR CAB. HAZARDOUS CONDITION, HIGH VOLTAGE IN AREA OF WATER LEAK. VERY BIG DISTR FOR CTLR WORKING HVY TFC. COULD CAUSE INJURY AND OR DEATH TO ANYONE IN THE AREA. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR SAID THE LEAK HAD BEEN REPAIRED. RPTR STATED THEY ALSO HAD A LEAK LAST YEAR.
