Narrative:
We departed rno and were established on the llc 207 degree radial, 63 DME when we were asked to stop our climb at 12000 ft. We noticed a TCASII target at our 2 O'clock position, 800 ft above us and descending. The aircraft continued its descent and we were forced to turn right off the airway to avoid a possible collision. Our TCASII was giving us an RA and departure also instructed us to make the immediate right turn to avoid the other aircraft.
