Narrative:

I was practicing engine out emergency lndgs after several months of little or no flying. The first 2 approachs were bad enough that I gave up and went around. The third was downwind (8-10 KTS) and a bit fast but seemed 'landable.' I got too slow trying to bleed off speed close to the runway and stalled in from about 10 ft. I damaged the propeller, engine, wingtip and the tip of the horizontal stabilizer.
