Narrative:
It appears our tdwr is unreliable, failing on numerous occasions throughout a 24 hour period. My concern is during IFR WX, lack of, or the wrong information being transmitted to controllers and pilots. The combination of this (tdwr) and bad information from ASOS compromises safety in my opinion.

Title: ATC RPTR ALLEGES THAT HIS FACILITY'S TDWR EQUIP IS UNRELIABLE AND HAS FAILED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. RPTR IS CONCERNED THAT UNRELIABLE ASOS WX AND THE LACK OF TDWR INFO COULD COMPROMISE SAFETY.
Narrative: IT APPEARS OUR TDWR IS UNRELIABLE, FAILING ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS THROUGHOUT A 24 HR PERIOD. MY CONCERN IS DURING IFR WX, LACK OF, OR THE WRONG INFO BEING XMITTED TO CTLRS AND PLTS. THE COMBINATION OF THIS (TDWR) AND BAD INFO FROM ASOS COMPROMISES SAFETY IN MY OPINION.
