Narrative:
Lost primary radar and WX returns when we turned on our engine generator for backup to our radar. This was done because of cloud to ground lightning in area. Engine generator needs to be fixed. This has been happening for over a week, at least 3 different occurrences.

Narrative: LOST PRIMARY RADAR AND WX RETURNS WHEN WE TURNED ON OUR ENG GENERATOR FOR BACKUP TO OUR RADAR. THIS WAS DONE BECAUSE OF CLOUD TO GND LIGHTNING IN AREA. ENG GENERATOR NEEDS TO BE FIXED. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR OVER A WK, AT LEAST 3 DIFFERENT OCCURRENCES.
