Narrative:
I was working west arrival and east arrival when the radar lost power. The radar was out for 2 mins. The supervisor said that the power had failed and the standby generator did not come on line. He said that this generator had been a problem since it was new. Traffic was heavy.

Title: RPTR STATES THAT BACK UP GENERATOR DID NOT COME ON LINE IMMEDIATELY, DURING COMMERCIAL PWR OUTAGE. THE SUPVR SAID THAT THIS GENERATOR HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PROB.
Narrative: I WAS WORKING W ARR AND E ARR WHEN THE RADAR LOST PWR. THE RADAR WAS OUT FOR 2 MINS. THE SUPVR SAID THAT THE PWR HAD FAILED AND THE STANDBY GENERATOR DID NOT COME ON LINE. HE SAID THAT THIS GENERATOR HAD BEEN A PROB SINCE IT WAS NEW. TFC WAS HVY.
