Narrative:
We had called traffic we were following in sight, and were cleared for visual approach behind him by ATC. During descent, an erroneous overspd warning sounded for flap overspd. We confirmed speed was ok, continued descent and landed. Upon taxiing clear of runway, we realized that we had not contacted tower for landing clearance.
