The incident occurred after touch down. I think the gear collapsed as a result of striking a berm/hole. The gear collapse allowed the propeller to strike the ground.

Title: ACFT EQUIP PROB. GEAR COLLAPSED ON LNDG. RPTR THINKS IT WAS CAUSED BY HITTING A BERM OR HOLE.
Narrative: THE INCIDENT OCCURRED AFTER TOUCH DOWN. I THINK THE GEAR COLLAPSED AS A RESULT OF STRIKING A BERM/HOLE. THE GEAR COLLAPSE ALLOWED THE PROP TO STRIKE THE GND.
