Narrative:

Flying straight and level 2500 ft MSL, approximately 1500 ft AGL. Other aircraft appeared above and slightly to right at high rate of speed descending wings level. Proceeded ahead and down to the right. Due to speed and angles it appeared other aircraft was intentionally 'swooping down' on us. Attempting to obtain 'north' number but couldn't catch to read -- small letters. We pushed down and left on sighting it above us.
