Narrative:
I was practicing instrument approachs at gvt and doing touch and goes. On the rollout after landing I was cleaning up the plane to prepare for takeoff. I meant to bring up the flaps but brought up the gear handle instead. I immediately realized the error and brought the gear handle back down but the nosewheel had already released and the nose skidded along the runway striking both propellers. The corrective action is to do only stop and goes not touching anything until the plane is at a standstill. Also more attention will be paid to identing and verifying each handle before deployment in the future.
