Narrative:
Upon landing we were given TRACON phone number to call. They wondered about our not crossing the meinz intersection at 12000 ft. Due to numerous vectors and being held up high we were never given the crossing restr meinz at 12000 ft. We were at FL200 approximately 20 mi or less from meinz (likely 15 mi but I don't exactly remember) and given descend on present heading to 10000 ft. We used maximum rate of descent assuming we were high and close.
