Nose gear collapsed during landing rollout. Cause of collapse was rough runway surface, leading to mechanism leaving 'over center' position. Damage limited to scratched paint and fiberglass on nose and grinding on nose gear strut.

Title: CANARD PUSHER LANDED AT MLE. ON ROLLOUT NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED ACCOUNT ROUGH RWY SURFACE. DAMAGE TO FIBERGLASS AND GRINDING ON NOSE STRUT.
Narrative: NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED DURING LNDG ROLLOUT. CAUSE OF COLLAPSE WAS ROUGH RWY SURFACE, LEADING TO MECHANISM LEAVING 'OVER CTR' POS. DAMAGE LIMITED TO SCRATCHED PAINT AND FIBERGLASS ON NOSE AND GRINDING ON NOSE GEAR STRUT.
