Narrative:
Upon landing on runway 16 in eug, I started to reverse the engines after touchdown. A white owl, who was sitting on the centerline and was not visible, took off and was ingested into the right engine while it was in reverse. A part of the acoustical paneling was found on the runway and, upon inspection at the gate, bent blades were found and numerous bird parts found in the engine. All engine parameters were normal.
