Narrative:
While taxiing to fuel pumps at bdg airport, right wingtip struck a light post near the fuel pumps. Aircraft was immediately shut down and inspected for damage. Accident occurred because neither pilot nor ground personnel observed the proximity of the plane to the post while the aircraft made a left turn and swung wing into the post. The situation was complicated by a number of large hoses on the ground near the fuel pumps which distracted pilot's attention from the light post. Also, both pilot and ground personnel were inexperienced.
