Narrative:
After flight parked uneventfully at gate under guidance from company ground personnel. Aircraft shutdown and all post flight activities completed normally. Jetway came to aircraft and passenger deplaned. Upon deplaning, agent who drove jetway pointed out that captain side angle attack vane was broken (hanging by one internal wire). I advised him that it was obvious that he had hit it with the jetway while docking to aircraft. He said he hadn't extended the canopy. Angle attack vane was struck by jetway at floor level not canopy extension. Extra training in jetway operations could prevent damage. Also emphasize the delicate nature of angle attack/pitot static instrument probes.
