Narrative:
Flight las-clt, but diversion into bna due to unruly passenger brandishing a knife and threatening crew members. Passenger became unruly, drunk. Captain advised him no alcohol, no touching flight attendant or passenger. Captain returns to cockpit and then advised by flight attendant passenger was brandishing a knife. Descent and diversion to nashville, tn. Exceeded 250 below 10000 ft due to gravity of situation. Swat team removed passenger in bna taken to jail.

Title: B737-300LR DIVERTS TO BNA WHEN AN UNRULY PAX WIELDS A KNIFE.
Narrative: FLT LAS-CLT, BUT DIVERSION INTO BNA DUE TO UNRULY PAX BRANDISHING A KNIFE AND THREATENING CREW MEMBERS. PAX BECAME UNRULY, DRUNK. CAPT ADVISED HIM NO ALCOHOL, NO TOUCHING FLT ATTENDANT OR PAX. CAPT RETURNS TO COCKPIT AND THEN ADVISED BY FLT ATTENDANT PAX WAS BRANDISHING A KNIFE. DSCNT AND DIVERSION TO NASHVILLE, TN. EXCEEDED 250 BELOW 10000 FT DUE TO GRAVITY OF SIT. SWAT TEAM REMOVED PAX IN BNA TAKEN TO JAIL.
