Narrative: WHEN RAISING GEAR HANDLE AFTER TKOF, HANDLE WOULD NOT RAISE. WHEN GEAR HANDLE RELEASE WAS PUSHED MAINS RETRACTED, BUT NOSE STAYED DOWN. DECLARED AN EMER AND RETURNED TO ORD.
