Narrative:
After a normal pushback and engine start at iad, which was dark and misty at XX30 am, oct/xx/96. I was watching the second engine complete the start cycle when the captain released the brakes early and the aircraft rolled forward just enough to impact the tow bar. A hydraulic cap at the bottom of the nose gear was damaged and the aircraft was towed back to the gate. No one was injured.
