Narrative:
Assigned route J121 after swl. Misread outbound radial as 059 degrees instead of 034 degrees. Looked at chart and read 059 degrees off sie VOR instead of 034 degrees off swl. Controller inquired about our off course heading at approximately 20 NM from swl. There was no conflict that I am aware of.

Narrative: ASSIGNED RTE J121 AFTER SWL. MISREAD OUTBOUND RADIAL AS 059 DEGS INSTEAD OF 034 DEGS. LOOKED AT CHART AND READ 059 DEGS OFF SIE VOR INSTEAD OF 034 DEGS OFF SWL. CTLR INQUIRED ABOUT OUR OFF COURSE HDG AT APPROX 20 NM FROM SWL. THERE WAS NO CONFLICT THAT I AM AWARE OF.
