Narrative:

We were descending out of 17000 ft MSL and transferring fuel from right tip to right main. Apparently the tip's air vent line was blocked and the metal tank imploded. Boom! Aircraft continued flight to pdk and landed normally. Absolutely no vibration, imploded tip was secure. Operation normal. We bypassed 1 airport to continue to pdk. The decision to proceed was sound due to the normal operational characteristics of plane. We did slow down considerably to eliminate any chance of loose debris.
