Narrative:
Departed mia at XA09Z for dtw. Climbed to FL330 and leveled off. Proceeded along flight plan route. At approximately XA28Z cabin attendant entered cockpit with a cocktail napkin with the words bomb inside printed on it. Cabin attendant stated that a female passenger had handed the napkin to her and said that she had found it in the aft lavatory. Since a cabin search checklist had been accomplished prior to flight, and that lavatory had been used by several passenger since departure, I decided to perceive this note as a positive sabotage threat. An emergency was declared with ZJX and checklist procedures were accomplished and the aircraft was landed jax at XA57Z and a ground evacuate/evacuation was accomplished. Fbi and local auths detained and interviewed passenger and searched/inspected aircraft.
