Narrative:
While on base leg to runway 4 observed conflicting traffic. Did 360 degree turn to provide spacing. Raised flaps for 360 degree turn. On resuming approach failed to extend flaps. Landed long. Go around was impossible so made intentional ground loop to the right to avoid fence, road, house, trees. Minimal damage. (Comment) when interrupted in approach to landing, complete checklist again.
