The flight crew was distraction with questions from the company president. I did not set the correct altitude in the preselect and climbed through the initial altitude. Always remember fly the airplane first!

Narrative: THE FLC WAS DISTR WITH QUESTIONS FROM THE COMPANY PRESIDENT. I DID NOT SET THE CORRECT ALT IN THE PRESELECT AND CLBED THROUGH THE INITIAL ALT. ALWAYS REMEMBER FLY THE AIRPLANE FIRST!
