I removed the l-hand inboard aileron quadrant. I also installed the l-hand inboard aileron quadrant, inadvertently omitting the upper bushing.

Title: A B727-200 RETURNED TO THE FIELD DUE TO UNSPECIFIED AILERON PROBS. FOUND THE L INBOARD AILERON QUADRANT UPPER BUSHING MISSING. BUSHING WAS OMITTED DURING ASSEMBLY.
Narrative: I REMOVED THE L-HAND INBOARD AILERON QUADRANT. I ALSO INSTALLED THE L-HAND INBOARD AILERON QUADRANT, INADVERTENTLY OMITTING THE UPPER BUSHING.
