Narrative:
This problem is a common occurrence, however since I have no union representation I am unsure of any other reporting options. On this day xyz (ugn) attempted to intimidate to me into flying a 135 trip from ugn-pwk-dal-arrival-ase over a period of 14 hours. The flight would begin at XA00 hour local from ugn to pwk, pickup 2 passenger then continue round-trip to dal through the night. Upon returning, the crew was to wait 2 hours, fly to arrival and pick up 6 passenger. At XX00 we were to leave arrival to arrive at ase before duty times were exceeded. The day prior had been stressful (I had been doing administrative work since XX50 local) so when I advised the director of operations of this being less than safe, he proceeded to inform me of the future problems I may have with my employment. This is only 1 incident of many that takes place here. The company pilots, especially the director of operations, constantly perform administration duties (dispatch, training, etc) and then fly all day and night. They have no current poi and in the past 2 yrs they have had 2 major accidents. I've seen no improvement and no FAA intervention. I would just like to see these type of operators forced to follow regulations and operate safely. Note: each pilot does his administrative duties, as well as maintaining assignments on 3 different jet aircraft.
