Narrative:
The past 2 days we have had an abnormal number of primary targets throughout the airspace. First they are there, then they are not. It has been windy, and daytime temperatures have fallen. The ASR-9 leaves little room to interpretation false primaries due to the computer generation of the primary targets. This phenomenon increases workload for issuing traffic and then advising when no longer a factor.

Title: CTLR RPTR CLAIMS THAT FALSE TARGETS APPEAR ON THE ASR-9 RADAR SCOPE AND MAY BE ATTRIBUTED TO TEMP CHANGES.
