Narrative:
Gear door open advisory light stayed on after extending landing gear. Executed missed approach, and then performed company operating manual required procedures. Advised approach, tower, and company maintenance we would need to remain on runway and have gear pinned. Declared and requested emergency equipment, briefed flight attendants and passenger, and landed with no problems.

Title: FLC OF AN MLG CALLED FOR EMER EQUIP STANDBY FOR LNDG WHEN A LNDG GEAR DOOR OPEN LIGHT CAME ON DURING FINAL APCH. SUCCESSFUL LNDG WAS MADE AND THE GEAR PINNED FOR SECURITY BEFORE TAXIING TO THE GATE.
