Narrative:
On approach to lnk ILS 17R, we overshot missed approach extended centerline and intercepted the localizer. Approach gave us a go around for being off localizer at approximately 1500' AGL. The 2ND approach missed approach and localizer did not agree -- again, we executed a 2ND missed approach, rechecked our briefing for approach and found the pilot flying's course indicator set at 147 versus 174 degree. Next approach normal. Contributing factors: 1) ATIS not available on descent. 2) hurried approach briefing and checklist.
