Narrative:
Military fgt X, flight of 4 fgt's in a block 7000' to FL200, spilled out of southern part of gamecock a with air carrier Y (at FL180) head on about 15 mi apart. Radar controller called fgt X on 243.0 and told him to return to area and maintain 7000' through 16000'. Fgt X was 4 mi out the southern portion of the gamecock a MOA before returning north. He then spilled out the top to 16600'. Sep was not lost. Gamecock a was designed for (type) aircraft, not fgt's. Exactly the same thing happened a few months ago. I wrote it up. It was much closer and the controller in zjc almost had a heart attack (it is their airspace and he was talking to the other air carrier flight). This area should not be used by fgt's to dogfight.

Title: MIL ACFT SPILL OUT OF MOA REQUIRING ATC ACTION TO AVOID LOSS OF SEPARATION.
Narrative: MIL FGT X, FLT OF 4 FGT'S IN A BLOCK 7000' TO FL200, SPILLED OUT OF SOUTHERN PART OF GAMECOCK A WITH ACR Y (AT FL180) HEAD ON ABOUT 15 MI APART. RADAR CTLR CALLED FGT X ON 243.0 AND TOLD HIM TO RETURN TO AREA AND MAINTAIN 7000' THROUGH 16000'. FGT X WAS 4 MI OUT THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE GAMECOCK A MOA BEFORE RETURNING N. HE THEN SPILLED OUT THE TOP TO 16600'. SEP WAS NOT LOST. GAMECOCK A WAS DESIGNED FOR (TYPE) ACFT, NOT FGT'S. EXACTLY THE SAME THING HAPPENED A FEW MONTHS AGO. I WROTE IT UP. IT WAS MUCH CLOSER AND THE CTLR IN ZJC ALMOST HAD A HEART ATTACK (IT IS THEIR AIRSPACE AND HE WAS TALKING TO THE OTHER ACR FLT). THIS AREA SHOULD NOT BE USED BY FGT'S TO DOGFIGHT.
