Narrative:
Location: 110.8/154/30. After takeoff PF was first officer. His primary flight display failed, went blank, and EFIS switched to both on 1. First officer was on 140 magnetic heading to intercept the 154 degree radial of 110.8 as per dudes 9. When EFIS switched first officer's navigation display also switched to captain selected inputs. Captain had 115.2/058 for next intercept. First officer continued 140 degree heading while situational awareness reestablished. Departure control gave vector of 090 degrees to intercept SID. Right turn completed and intercept made but we could not determine if we deviated from SID.

Title: S80 LOSES FO'S PRIMARY FLT DISPLAY. POSSIBLE HDG TRACK POS DEV DURING THE TEMPORARY LOSS OF SITUATIONAL AWARENESS.
Narrative: LOCATION: 110.8/154/30. AFTER TKOF PF WAS FO. HIS PRIMARY FLT DISPLAY FAILED, WENT BLANK, AND EFIS SWITCHED TO BOTH ON 1. R TURN COMPLETED AND INTERCEPT MADE BUT WE COULD NOT DETERMINE IF WE DEVIATED FROM SID.
