Narrative:
Landing runway 5R in cle with winds reported at 2306, moderate snow falling with approximately 2 mi visibility, and braking action reported fair by previous aircraft. Upon landing, our braking action was nil. With maximum braking and maximum reverse, aircraft departed end of runway and stopped approximately 85 yards past end. Passenger deplaned through aft airstairs. There were no injuries.

Narrative: LNDG RWY 5R IN CLE WITH WINDS RPTED AT 2306, MODERATE SNOW FALLING WITH APPROX 2 MI VISIBILITY, AND BRAKING ACTION RPTED FAIR BY PREVIOUS ACFT. UPON LNDG, OUR BRAKING ACTION WAS NIL. WITH MAX BRAKING AND MAX REVERSE, ACFT DEPARTED END OF RWY AND STOPPED APPROX 85 YARDS PAST END. PAX DEPLANED THROUGH AFT AIRSTAIRS. THERE WERE NO INJURIES.
