Narrative:

I was in communication with company at the time of occurrence and did not notice the navigation deviation. Captain and I agreed to track out of tcs on the 149 degree radial and he tracked out on the 129 degree radial instead. By the time I had finished company communications, the captain realized the error and made corrections to intercept appropriate course.
