Narrative:
Takeoff fcm airport a climb to 3000 ft MSL was anticipated. We climbed an additional 800 ft into class B airspace to an altitude of 3800 ft due to a TCASII alert. When clear of conflict a descent to our planned altitude of 3000 ft MSL, then msp approach was called for TA's.

Narrative: TKOF FCM ARPT A CLB TO 3000 FT MSL WAS ANTICIPATED. WE CLBED AN ADDITIONAL 800 FT INTO CLASS B AIRSPACE TO AN ALT OF 3800 FT DUE TO A TCASII ALERT. WHEN CLR OF CONFLICT A DSCNT TO OUR PLANNED ALT OF 3000 FT MSL, THEN MSP APCH WAS CALLED FOR TA'S.
