Narrative:
I made a low pass over the city of athens at about 400 ft AGL, pulled out, and flew away. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that the incident 'was a result of a practice engine out gone bad,' and that '...he had turned the wrong way...' during his attempt at recovery. The aircraft was a C152 with an spi on board. Nothing came from this event.

Title: CFI IN NIGHT OP MAKES A PASS OVER THE CITY OF ATHENS, OH, AT 400 FT AGL. TRAINING IN PROGRESS.
Narrative: I MADE A LOW PASS OVER THE CITY OF ATHENS AT ABOUT 400 FT AGL, PULLED OUT, AND FLEW AWAY. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED THAT THE INCIDENT 'WAS A RESULT OF A PRACTICE ENG OUT GONE BAD,' AND THAT '...HE HAD TURNED THE WRONG WAY...'
