Narrative:
Training on runway 35L. 1 full stop taxi back, then touch- and-goes. Tower issued runway clearance on short final all times except for full stop. Requested full stop on crosswind, tower issued landing clearance for runway 35R, acknowledged runway 35R. On short final center cleared into position to hold runway 35R. Tower asked if we were lined up on runway 35R. We were in flare. After landing, tower said clearance was for runway 35L. We replied no, it was for runway 35R. Both pilots confirmed landing clearance prior to landing. Centennial tower does get busy. Tower does a great job most of the time. Recommend renaming runways 17/35, 18/36 to prevent any further confusion.

Title: C182RG ACFT IN LNDG PATTERN HAD MISCOM WITH TWR REGARDING LNDG RWY. BOTH RPTR PLTS SAY THEY WERE CLRED FOR RWY 35R, BUT TWR TOLD THEM THEY HAD BEEN CLRED FOR RWY 35L AFTER THEY HAD LANDED. TWR HAD CLRED ANOTHER ACFT INTO POS ON RWY 35R WHEN RPTR ACFT WAS ON SHORT FINAL.

REQUESTED FULL STOP ON XWIND, TWR ISSUED LNDG CLRNC FOR RWY 35R, ACKNOWLEDGED RWY 35R. ON SHORT FINAL CTR CLRED INTO POS TO HOLD RWY 35R. TWR ASKED IF WE WERE LINED UP ON RWY 35R. WE WERE IN FLARE. AFTER LNDG, TWR SAID CLRNC WAS FOR RWY 35L. WE REPLIED NO, IT WAS FOR RWY 35R. BOTH PLTS CONFIRMED LNDG CLRNC PRIOR TO LNDG. CENTENNIAL TWR DOES GET BUSY. TWR DOES A GREAT JOB MOST OF THE TIME.
