Narrative:
On a recent flight my first officer observed that I was using a commercial H5/H6 chart that was published for xyz airlines. He then also noticed that his commercial H3/H4 chart was published for abc airlines.

Title: SUPER MD80 FLC DISCOVER THEIR HIGH ALT CHARTS ARE PRINTED FOR ANOTHER ACR.
Narrative: ON A RECENT FLT MY FO OBSERVED THAT I WAS USING A COMMERCIAL H5/H6 CHART THAT WAS PUBLISHED FOR XYZ AIRLINES. HE THEN ALSO NOTICED THAT HIS COMMERCIAL H3/H4 CHART WAS PUBLISHED FOR ABC AIRLINES.
