Narrative:
While on final to runway 32, and within 200 ft vertically of touchdown, I spotted an airplane slightly behind me and to my left. I turned to the right and climbed and went around. There were several witnesses. Other aircraft made a short turn from downwind to final. He had no radio. I don't believe airplanes should operate without radios. I called twice to announce my arrival and was acknowledged by unicom. Other airplane left area after landing. He was gone before I landed.
