Narrative:

Our filed clearance was sdu -- iiu, J99 vxv, etc. The pre departure clearance was sdu -- iiu, J99, etc. After takeoff, departure assigned us heading 140 degrees to intercept J99 vxv and we did just that. We changed over to ZID and after approximately 10 mins ATC asked us where we were going. He said we should be 'V-4 hyk' which is the normal routing. But we were filed J99 vxv. There seems to me that there was no coordination between sdf departure and ZID.
