Narrative:
While taxiing for takeoff, runway braking was reported as poor by landing aircraft. Before takeoff, airport saab reported surface friction on runway as .17 mu. Below .18 mu is nil braking. Captain decided to takeoff anyway to make landing curfew at destination airport.

Narrative: WHILE TAXIING FOR TKOF, RWY BRAKING WAS RPTED AS POOR BY LNDG ACFT. BEFORE TKOF, ARPT SAAB RPTED SURFACE FRICTION ON RWY AS .17 MU. BELOW .18 MU IS NIL BRAKING. CAPT DECIDED TO TKOF ANYWAY TO MAKE LNDG CURFEW AT DEST ARPT.
