Narrative:
Arrived at ihd VOR 10000 ft, 250 KTS. Commenced a 75 degree left turn to track out the 331 degree radial. ZOB reported we were 7+ mi northeast of VOR -- we indicated 4 mi including the 2 NM of altitude. We corrected with a center assigned heading and landed pit. No further problems. Wrote up navigation gear on #1 side. I had no off flags to indicate a problem and the VOR in the aircraft was removed and replaced in pit by company maintenance.
