Narrative:
I landed aircraft on runway 23L. Captain took control on rollout at 80 KTS. Captain turned off on high speed taxiway H, crossed taxiway J (parallel to runway 23L), and onto taxiway K. We did not have permission to cross taxiway J. A B727 was northbound on taxiway J. Realized we were going to cross in front of him. Flashed his lights. Captain kept going even after I asked him to hold short of taxiway J. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter alleges that this was an event that was avoidable. The PIC was aware of the crossing ground traffic and actually accelerated the aircraft in order to 'beat the other guy out.' the tower had not issued any clearance at all on their landing rollout so the first officer expected the captain to stop the aircraft in accordance with standard procedures. First officer alleges that this was a '1 man show' with the captain at the helm.

Title: ACR B737-300 CROSSES TXWY J AT CLE WITHOUT CLRNC TO DO SO. FO WAS PF UNTIL END OF LNDG PROC ROLLOUT. CAPT TAXIED OFF RWY HIGH SPD AND CROSSED TXWY J. GND INCIDENT CONFLICT. NON ADHERENCE TO ATC CLRNC PROC.
Narrative: I LANDED ACFT ON RWY 23L. CAPT TOOK CTL ON ROLLOUT AT 80 KTS. CAPT TURNED OFF ON HIGH SPD TXWY H, CROSSED TXWY J (PARALLEL TO RWY 23L), AND ONTO TXWY K. WE DID NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO CROSS TXWY J. A B727 WAS NBOUND ON TXWY J. REALIZED WE WERE GOING TO CROSS IN FRONT OF HIM. FLASHED HIS LIGHTS. CAPT KEPT GOING EVEN AFTER I ASKED HIM TO HOLD SHORT OF TXWY J. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR ALLEGES THAT THIS WAS AN EVENT THAT WAS AVOIDABLE. THE PIC WAS AWARE OF THE XING GND TFC AND ACTUALLY ACCELERATED THE ACFT IN ORDER TO 'BEAT THE OTHER GUY OUT.' THE TWR HAD NOT ISSUED ANY CLRNC AT ALL ON THEIR LNDG ROLLOUT SO THE FO EXPECTED THE CAPT TO STOP THE ACFT IN ACCORDANCE WITH STANDARD PROCS. FO ALLEGES THAT THIS WAS A '1 MAN SHOW' WITH THE CAPT AT THE HELM.
