Narrative:

WX was deteriorating and we got a very long off airway vector from cleveland ATC due to congestion. This caused us to burn into reserve fuel and we had to declare minimum fuel with pit approach. They then gave us priority vectors into pit. The vector was a complete 360 degree circle that cost us approximately 2000 pounds of fuel. It was probably a 100 mi circle. We left our departure airport with legal fuel for the leg to pit but not any extra because we were full with passenger, freight, and luggage.
