Narrative:

After takeoff, ewr, #2 bleed faulted. Complied with checklist leveled at FL310 and went to economy flow. During descent to mia #1 bleed faulted, at approximately FL240, followed by rising cabin. Put on oxygen masks as cabin altitude was going up fast. Attempted to reset both bleeds to attempt to regain control of pressurization, also started APU. Both bleeds faulted again. Cabin altitude was 8000 ft and climbing. Declared emergency and stated problem, was granted clearance to 9000 ft. At one point cabin went to 10200 ft before APU got up to speed. Landed uneventfully.
