Narrative:

Air carrier X was on vector for another aircraft when 2 other traffic sits arose, in the process of separating other aircraft. Air carrier Y handoff was accepted and air carrier X was cleared on course direct to dkk (approximately 25 degree right turn). Traffic with air carrier Y was unnoticed. When air carrier Y initially called on frequency he reported a TCASII RA and descended to miss air carrier X. Turns were initiated but unsuccessful.
