Narrative:
Air carrier X was on vector for another aircraft when 2 other traffic sits arose, in the process of separating other aircraft. Air carrier Y handoff was accepted and air carrier X was cleared on course direct to dkk (approximately 25 degree right turn). Traffic with air carrier Y was unnoticed. When air carrier Y initially called on frequency he reported a TCASII RA and descended to miss air carrier X. Turns were initiated but unsuccessful.

Title: ARTCC RADAR CTLR VECTORING AN ACR DC9 FOR TFC TOOK A HDOF ON AN ACR B727 THAT WAS ON A CONVERGING COURSE AT THE SAME ALT AND DID NOT NOTICE THE POTENTIAL CONFLICT LTSS SIT DEVELOPING BTWN THE 2 ACFT. THE B727 RECEIVED A TCASII RA AND ADVISED THE CTLR HE WAS DSNDING.
Narrative: ACR X WAS ON VECTOR FOR ANOTHER ACFT WHEN 2 OTHER TFC SITS AROSE, IN THE PROCESS OF SEPARATING OTHER ACFT. ACR Y HDOF WAS ACCEPTED AND ACR X WAS CLRED ON COURSE DIRECT TO DKK (APPROX 25 DEG R TURN). TFC WITH ACR Y WAS UNNOTICED. WHEN ACR Y INITIALLY CALLED ON FREQ HE RPTED A TCASII RA AND DSNDED TO MISS ACR X. TURNS WERE INITIATED BUT UNSUCCESSFUL.
