Narrative:
A thorough preflight had been completed. The logbook indicated several maintenance write-ups for an avionics equipment cooling fan inoperative, which was repaired and replaced. The aircraft was signed off as airworthy. Approximately 10 mins later the aircraft departed runway 35R at cos. At approximately 80-90 KTS the first officer (PF) stated 'something doesn't seem right.' the aircraft was light and continued to accelerate to V1. I called V1-vr and the first officer rotated and departed. Once airborne the first officer stated, I have nothing over here. As we analyzed the situation it became apparent the first officer's panels were not functioning. I xferred control and became the PF. We continued to troubleshoot the problem with no results. We were by this time in cruise and over alamoso. Dispatch and maintenance control were notified and we elected to continue to phx. Arriving in phx without incident, the aircraft was inspected and the air data computer's air supply was found disconnected to the #2 computer. In changing the equipment cooling fan the air supply was disconnected to allow easy access and never reconnected. 3 mechanics worked on this fan and a supervisor signed off the aircraft. Continued work needed on crew communication. The first officer's unclr statements allowed the aircraft to become airborne. I was too fixated on my side of the aircraft.

Title: DURING TKOF ROTATION, FO, FLYING B737-300, NOTICED THAT HIS PITOT STATIC SUPPLIED INSTS WERE REACTING ERRATICALLY. FLT CTL WAS TURNED OVER TO THE CAPT AND THE FLT CONTINUED TO DEST. COMPANY MAINT FOUND THAT PITOT STATIC SUPPLY LINES TO THE #2 AIR DATA COMPUTER WERE NOT CONNECTED.
Narrative: A THOROUGH PREFLT HAD BEEN COMPLETED. THE LOGBOOK INDICATED SEVERAL MAINT WRITE-UPS FOR AN AVIONICS EQUIPMENT COOLING FAN INOP, WHICH WAS REPAIRED AND REPLACED.
